Work: Endure or Enjoy??

hey Champs,
how is your fantastic week going? Just coming out of CareerShift Abuja over the weekend got me thinking hard about how people are really not enjoying the work they do..they endure rather than enjoy and how all of that ties in to the quality of work that they do,their wellness and peace of mind and the economy and nation building! Imagine with me that 90 percent of the Nation’s workforce really loved what they did…imagine that they knew and understood that their deliverables were part of a bigger picture…imagine that they knew what value they were creating and the level of impact that their work made in the economy and in the nation….imagine that, because they loved their jobs, they were committed to ensuring that they found new ways to do it better and better..and better. Pray tell, what kind of Nigeria do you think we would have in no distant future?????
it starts with you and I…its starts with having answers to your Identity,Purpose and Longterm Intention… starts with you understanding what you are wired for and going for starts with you even understanding how where you are now fits into your own journey..frustration is direct result of ignorance and to starts with you ensuring that you make the most of your today as it serves as a critical resource for tommorrow….
You deserve the towards it…..but by all means, give your best at whatever level that you are because that is one sure way of connecting your reality or current status to your dream, future and long term intention.
keep walking the Pathway of Champions
